Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email once your order is booked with our courier.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across Pakistan, depending on your city and courier availability.
• Delivery times may extend slightly during public holidays, sale periods, or severe weather — we’ll notify you if this happens.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and most towns served by our courier partners.

Shipping Charges

• Orders below this amount are subject to a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This is the fastest way to get a replacement approved.
