Xennom Sports – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. Table tennis rubbers and blades are precision equipment, so please read the conditions below carefully before ordering.

What’s Covered

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item/wrong specification sent).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer (e.g. wrong rubber hardness/blade weight chosen)
  • Products that have been used, played with, or had rubber sheets applied to a blade

This is standard for table tennis equipment industry-wide, since rubbers and blades cannot be resold once used.

Reporting Window

You must report a defect or issue within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be processed.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email xennomsports@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 323 4465224 with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the product.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return process.

Refund or Replacement — Your Choice

If your claim is approved, you choose whether you’d like:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product is confirmed defective/damaged/incorrect on our end, we will guide you on the return process and cover reasonable return shipping.
  • If a return is requested for reasons outside our defect policy but approved as a courtesy, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Condition for Return

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all accessories/covers included, for the claim to be processed.
