Paying for a custom racket: pay 50% of the racket’s price (after any discount) in advance, or the full racket price if you prefer. We confirm availability on WhatsApp first and send the payment details there. The rest, plus delivery unless you prepay it, is paid cash on delivery, with a 6% fee on the amount paid on delivery. If your racket arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault or was assembled incorrectly by us, you can still make a claim under our Return & Exchange policy.
